Our unique design offers incredible space and exclusive features. Our standard model townhomes come with 3 or 4 spacious bedrooms and a 2-car garage. The living space starts at about 2,100 sq. ft. and can go up to 2,800 sq. ft. – not including the balcony and patio.

Each townhome comes standard with 10 ft high ceilings on the first floor, and 9 ft. ceilings on the second floor. Most models will be structured on a duplex or triplex basis – 2 or 3 units per structure. Construction has started, with only 5 available units in Phase One (out of 29). Phase Two will provide around 70 units.
