The Community

Clearwater Village was developed with the main purpose of providing individuals and families with an ideal setting for living.

The community combines aesthetics, safety, services and a unique natural living environment. The home owners' association will create added free time by providing the owner with a maintenance-free, full service facility at a reasonable price.

The Village is naturally landscaped around large 100-year old oak trees which populate the area.

Recreation Center

The Recreation Center will be a full function facility, designed to provide the homeowners with a variety of services. It is intended to include state-of-the-art recreation facilities, a large swimming pool with adjacent workout room and sauna.

Facilities

Full service facilities are planned. The homeowners' association is responsible for maintaining all common areas and providing homeowners with the option of laundry and home maintenance. It will also provide any additional services requested by homeowners.
